This attached multi family development consists of two units
Evertek initiated the project from the development application to rezone and subdivide one lot into two fee simple duplex lots. Evertek worked with the City, Governing Bodies, and Third-Party Consultants (Surveyors, Lawyers, Arborist, BCH, SHAW) to carry the project through the detailed design phase to the construction phase for completion of the duplex development. Evertek acted as the applicant and provided Civil and Geotechnical design and support throughout the entire development process. The geotechnical team continued their services and support until completion of the building for final occupancy.
