Evertek initiated the project at the feasibility stage to analyze the maximum potential of the lands. Evertek retained an architect for preliminary drawings and carried out formal meeting with the City’s Planning Staff to outlined the project intent. This development consists of an OCP amendment, rezoning, and development permit to steep slope and form/character.
