This single family development consists of 36 lots.
Evertek initiated the project from the development application to rezone and subdivide into 36 single family lots. This was a very intricate and complex project to navigate during the development application stage. The applications consisted of Rezoning/Subdivision, Development Permit for Environment, and an OCP Amendment for PNA. Evertek worked with the City, Governing Bodies, and Third-Party Consultants (Surveyors, Lawyers, Arborist, QEPs) to carry the project through the complex development application stage to the detailed design phase. Evertek is currently providing detailed design and support for Civil and Geotechnical Engineering.
