This industrial development consists of a building addition to an existing industrial complex.
Evertek was retained to provide onsite civil design per the DP and BP stage. Evertek carried out the onsite storm water management and site servicing to the new industrial extension. Evertek oversaw the construction of the civil works to ensure works were completed to municipal and MMCD requirements. Evertek’s Geotechnical team also provided support on the feasibility and building construction. This was a complex site with challenging ground and water saturation concerns.
