Evertek was retained to provide onsite and offsite civil design per the DP and BP stage. This development had a lot of moving parts being a green development. Evertek worked closely with the developer, architect, landscape architect, arborist, and the City to provide a design that was acceptable and exceeding the City’s requirements. A lot of creativity and engineering experience was utilized to advance this project from the DP stage to BP. Evertek is currently working on the detailed civil design for onsite and offsite.
